Payment conditions 30% deposit on confirmation full balance
payable before departure cancellation fees charged as follows: -

35 and 20 days - 20%
19 and 10 days - 30%
9 and 2 days - 50%
Within 45 hrs - 100%
ALTERATIONS TO TOURS
The right is reserved to change any route or arrangements should
conditions necessitate to offer substitutes of equal value or to
cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. The right is also
reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member
of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will
be refunded.
RATES
Rates include all expenses in connection with ground transport
for the itinerary set out; all entry fees, hotel accommodation,
full board, table d'hote meals, launch and dhow trips as
applicable. Not included are personal expenses such as
beverages, laundry and tips.

· Return Transport from Nairobi except for Kilimanjaro
